Annual Meeting Notice

The 76th Annual Meeting of Heritage Credit Union will be held on Monday, March 29th beginning at 5:15 p.m. in the Corporate Office at 1212 Huxley Street, Madison, WI.  At the meeting, several reports will be given regarding the state of affairs at the credit union.  Members are invited to attend this informative event at no charge.

This year there will be three members elected to the board.  There are two ways of being nominated for a board position.  The first is to contact Bob Lestina, the credit union’s CEO by February 27, 2010 to express your interest.  If an interested member meets qualification standards, the nominating committee will add the member’s name to the ballot. 

The other way is to submit a petition signed by at least 50 members and send it to the credit union so that it is received at Heritage no later than March 19, 2010. 

Members in good standing who meet qualification standards are eligible to become board members.
